Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery and Design: Ensure that training is delivered to a high standard throughout the organization.
  • Training Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the success and quality of the training provided and work with senior management to continuously improve this.
  • Skills Gap Identification: Identify potential future skills gaps and proactively incorporate this into the training and development strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure training compliance with regulatory guidance and requirements.
  • Generalist HR Support: Support the wider HR team with generalist HR activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and delivering training in both face-to-face and online settings.
  • Experience of working in a large blue-collar environment.
