About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our Clinical Administrators and Medical Secretaries, ensuring the smooth operation of our office systems and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Clinical Administrators and Medical Secretaries, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of office systems.
  • Manage and maintain SystmOne Rotas, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Support with telephone calls, responding to general enquiries and directing queries as needed.
  • Deal with sensitive and confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing administrative support to the wider team as needed.
Requirements
  • GCSE Grade 4 & Above or Equivalent Qualification in Maths & English.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
