About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Administrator, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Home and meeting Head Office deadlines on financial procedures and all information returns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Submitting data for invoicing purposes.
  • Assisting in the preparation, collation, and dispatch of management information to Central Support Office.
  • Placing purchase orders with approved suppliers, maintaining stock levels and controls, and ensuring expenditure is within agreed budget limits.
  • Managing resident's personal allowance and assisting with financial arrangements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Two years of clerical experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
