Job Overview

This role is for a permanent Locality Administrator to support the Northamptonshire Division based at a site in the North of the county.

The post holder will report directly to the Divisional Administrator Co-ordinator and be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support within the Division.

Main Duties

  • Management of the Administration inbox
  • Supporting the local management with estates and facilities
  • Audit completion and documentation
  • Support to the local management and HR team
  • Input and maintenance of databases
  • Ambulance station site visits

Working for Our Organisation

The role will involve working closely with the administration team, local management, and HR team to maintain day-to-day operations and deliver high standards of support and administration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent keyboard and administration skills, with a proven track record of completing projects, reports, and key pieces of work to a high standard.

They will also have the ability to problem-solve and plan their workload, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous NHS experience is an advantage.
