Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Administrator, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Home and meeting Head Office deadlines on financial procedures and all information returns.
Responsibilities include:
- Submitting data for invoicing purposes.
- Assisting in the preparation, collation, and dispatch of management information.
- Placing purchase orders with approved suppliers.
- Managing resident's personal allowance and assisting with financial arrangements.

Our ideal candidate must have:
- Two years of clerical experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise your workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
