About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emerging Talent Centre Coach to join our team at Forest Green Rovers Football Club.

As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering elite coaching sessions to players aged 9-14 years old, focusing on intensity and technical ability.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the elite female football landscape, a minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge, and experience working in school, club, or community sporting settings.

You will be required to plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions, as well as possess good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Enhanced CRB Certificate or Current FA DBS Clearance, FA Safeguarding & Emergency aid/BFAS Qualifications are essential.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual who is passionate about promoting participation and love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver elite coaching sessions to players aged 9-14 years old
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions
  • Have a strong knowledge of the elite female football landscape
  • Minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge
  • Experience working in school, club, or community sporting settings
  • Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
