Emerging Talent Centre Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emerging Talent Centre Coach to join our team at Forest Green Rovers Football Club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering elite coaching sessions to players aged 9-14 years old, focusing on intensity and technical ability, while maintaining a positive development environment.
The role involves coaching on Thursday evenings, with occasional requests to assist on U15 or U16 matchdays on Saturday mornings.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge, experience working in school, club, or community sporting settings, and excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the elite female football landscape, be able to plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions, and possess a UEFA B license Level 2 or 3, or equivalent.
Desirable qualifications include experience working in an elite talent pathway, mentoring other staff, and supporting PE and school sport.
