Job Title: Talent Coach

Forest Green Rovers Football Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Coach to join our team. As a Talent Coach, you will be responsible for delivering elite coaching sessions to children aged 9-14 years old, in line with the pathway syllabus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children aged 9-14 years old
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to improve the technical ability of the ETC's players
  • Work closely with the coaching team to maintain a positive development environment
  • Assist with matchday coaching and mentoring of other staff
  • Support the club's Safeguarding Children Policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge
  • Experience of working or volunteering within school, club, or community sporting settings
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions
  • Enhanced CRB Certificate or Current FA DBS Clearance
  • FA Safeguarding and Emergency aid/BFAS Qualifications
  • UEFA B license Level 2 or 3 Supporting PE and school sport (or equivalent)
