Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced football coach to join our team as an Emerging Talent Centre Coach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering elite coaching sessions to young footballers aged 9-14 years old, focusing on intensity and technical ability.

The role involves working on Thursday evenings, with occasional assistance on U15 or U16 matchdays on Saturday mornings.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge, knowledge of the elite female football landscape, and experience working with children in a sporting setting.

Essential qualifications include a good understanding of coaching principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Desirable qualifications include a UEFA B license, experience working in an elite talent pathway, and mentoring skills.
