Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager to join our team at Rohan, a leading outdoor retailer with a passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales staff to achieve commercial success.
Main Responsibilities- Reaching and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Organizing and implementing store rotas, managing staff schedules, and ensuring seamless store operations.
- Developing and training sales staff to achieve sales goals, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Maintaining high standards of store merchandise, restocking, and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Nurturing a culture of product knowledge and passion for sharing that knowledge with customers.
