Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team by example, using your excellent understanding of product and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to create a unique shopping experience that aligns with the Next brand
  • Support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met
  • Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
