Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Rohan. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team to achieve sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Reaching and exceeding sales targets through assisting customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise.
    • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Operations
    • Organizing and implementing store rotas and covering shifts and holidays through effective staff management.
    • Maintaining high standards of store appearance and merchandise presentation.
  • Team Management
    • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing retail store team.
    • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.
  • Business Growth
    • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
    • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
