Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager to join our team at Rohan, a leading outdoor retailer with a passion for delivering outstanding quality and customer service. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective store rotas, ensuring seamless coverage of shifts and holidays.
- Train and mentor sales staff on selling procedures, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Drive commercial success by organizing store merchandise standards, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Nurture a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the store team.
