Luxury Beauty Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Giorgio Armani Beauty Counter Manager at Boots Eldon Square Newcastle.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales management, team leadership, and customer service while promoting a luxury beauty brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and developing effective sales strategies. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Proven sales management experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
