Specialist Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Nurse to join our team in Nottinghamshire, working in the field of Diabetes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals, driving high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a company car or car allowance, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, private health insurance, and additional package benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a nursing programme that drives best practice and improves patient outcomes.
- Provide expert education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience (post-registration) managing diabetes within primary care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fully UK Driving Licence and good organisational skills.
