Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Paramedic Practitioner to join our dynamic team and provide vital healthcare services through a Home Visiting Service in the Hastings and St Leonards area. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients who may face challenges accessing traditional healthcare settings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive home visits to patients within the Hastings and St Leonards area, assessing their medical needs and delivering appropriate care.
- Conduct thorough clinical examinations and assessments, considering both physiological and psychological factors to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, utilizing both drug-based and non-drug-based therapies.
- Collaborate with a remote clinical team and care coordinator for case discussions, learning opportunities, and expert guidance.
- Promote self-care and empower patients to make informed decisions about their health and treatment options.
- Initiate and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
