Paramedic Practitioner for Home Visiting Service

The Primary and Urgent Care Alliance is seeking an experienced Paramedic Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in the Hastings and St Leonards area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care through our Home Visiting Service.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Paramedic Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and treating patients in their own homes, providing comprehensive care and support.
- Working autonomously to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, integrating drug- and non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan.
- Collaborating with our remote clinical team and care coordinator to discuss cases and learning, and seeking advice and guidance as needed.
- Providing patient education and empowerment to promote self-care and informed decision-making.
