About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support two teams in our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Accurately produce correspondence, documentation, and presentations using relevant software.
    • Liaise with colleagues to produce documents and manage email accounts.
  • Client and Matter Management
    • Carry out client and matter opening and closing procedures.
    • Liaise with finance and AML teams to ensure compliance.
  • Diary Management
    • Manage diaries, checking weekly, monthly, and annual commitments.
    • Respond to enquiries relating to availability.
  • Travel and Expenses
    • Plan and manage travel and hotel arrangements.
    • Reclaim expenses.
  • Other Duties
    • Undertake filing and scanning.
    • Arrange photocopying and binding.
    • Deal with clients and contacts.

Requirements

  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a PA or executive assistant.
  • Legal sector experience.
