Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Medical Packing Operative to join our team at Kinetic PLC. As a Medical Packing Operative, you will be responsible for cleaning and sterilizing surgical equipment, organizing items for picking, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and sterilizing surgical equipment to the highest standards
  • Organizing items for picking and ensuring accurate order fulfillment
  • Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Wrapping surgical equipment for dispatch
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a keen eye for quality

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including rotating shifts
  • Ability to work overtime one day a month
  • 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours
