Employability Specialist Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employability Specialist Advisor. This role requires a strong ability to support people with complex barriers to move into sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support to individuals via outreach support and in the Ingeus Offices.
- Liaise regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents to drive referrals.
- Facilitate welcome sessions for new participants, organise job fairs and local events to drive both referrals and job outcomes.
- Motivate participants while managing and facilitating their journey into sustainable employment.
- Source appropriate employment opportunities for participants and support them through the recruitment process.
- Provide high-quality in-work support to participants ensuring they have all the tools they need to remain in work.
- Undertake or participate in regular case conferences with partner organisations, support services, employers, and/or other team members to ensure every participant's journey is smooth and consistent.
- Ability to travel across the specified areas.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organise and achieve targets.
- Strong Administration Skills.
