We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Young Minds Development Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role involves working with children who have experienced trauma, challenging behaviour, ADHD, or Autism, requiring additional support to improve their social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in developing individualised learning plans.
  • Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students.
  • Collaborate with therapists to develop strategies for student progress.
