This role involves working with children who have experienced trauma, challenging behaviour, ADHD, or Autism, requiring additional support to improve their social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in developing individualised learning plans.
  • Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students.
  • Collaborate with therapists to develop strategies for student progress.
