Early Years Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to support children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs in our Lewes school. Our team provides exceptional education and extra help for traumatised children and young people.
You will be working with children who have come from trauma/neglected backgrounds, challenging behaviour, ADHD or Autism, and also have developed mental health issues due to their needs. You will assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students and take an active role in forward planning with therapists.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Psychology Graduate to make a positive impact on young minds. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, understanding of challenging behaviour, and ability to develop strong and positive relationships with children.
Responsibilities:
