Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Infant School in Crawley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young learners with special educational needs and contributing to their academic and personal development.

**Job Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and support individual students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
• Supporting students with behavioral challenges
• Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans

**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including:
