Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Manager with a strong technical background in web services/APIs and SDKs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to manage complex integration projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer consultancy on our payment web services/APIs during the integration phase to clients.
  • Manage the technical onboarding process, guiding clients from the testing phase to live operations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and 2nd line support post go-live phase.
  • Work closely with ISOs, ISVs, and sales teams during the pre-sales phase to establish and execute a comprehensive implementation plan.
  • Help sales teams derive and present payment solutions, participating in customer meetings and presentations.
  • Track and report the status of active projects, identifying and mitigating technical risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Account Management, and Commercial teams to ensure the execution of defined plans.
  • Provide training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and help cultivate a collaborative knowledge atmosphere.
  • Strong technical understanding of web services/APIs, including SOAP, JSON, and HTML concepts (development skills are optional but advantageous).
  • IT and programming knowledge are highly preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve issues independently
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
