Sales Support Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Support: Deliver exceptional sales support through effective communication, thorough understanding of processes, and provision of accurate information.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Improvement: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback, driving continuous improvement throughout departments.
  • CRM Management: Manage CRM data, ensuring data integrity, and create a monthly maintenance program.
  • Dealer Support: Support the Business Development Manager with key aspects of our dealer network.
  • Business Processes: Review, propose, and participate in maintenance and changes to improve business processes and efficiencies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Nikon and associated 3rd party product ranges to effectively diagnose issues and create quotations.
  • Project Management: Proactively plan, lead, and drive business projects as required, working cross-functionally to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • STEM-related degree, minimum 2i classification is essential.
  • Relevant experience in customer service and office environment.
  • Working knowledge of business process tools and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of project planning (leading and contributing).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Appreciates need for professional, corporate approach.
  • Adaptable and able to deal with a wide variety of tasks.
  • Highly organized and structured with good attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive: driven to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Good communication skills - able to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues at every level.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Emotionally resilient.
  • Lives within an easily commutable distance from Surbiton (London KT6).
