Job Title: Senior Account Coordinator

We are recruiting for a global brand who are hiring a Senior Account Coordinator to join their team. The Senior Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing and driving the business relationship between the client and key customers and deliver the company sales plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans to deliver the account strategy, working together with the Sales Manager, to consider business planning requirements.
  • Analyse account and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and control account investment and maximise return on investment.
  • Ensure agreed account targets are met. Present the company plans, goals & strategy and convey its brand values and market share ambitions.
  • Drive company brand awareness within the account.
  • Manage the relationship and interface for key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate sales and handle accounts, be able to organise/prioritise workload and meet deadlines and deliver consistently a high-quality customer service.
  • Understanding of UK retail horizon and impact of consumer purchasing patterns.
