About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Lakeside View, a 30-bedded hospital in Willenhall. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients with significant mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for patients
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Conduct training and education sessions for junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

  • Competitive salary range between £150,000-£165,000 dependent on experience
  • Full-time dedicated Speciality Doctor support and on-site RMO cover evenings and weekends

Lakeside View is a person-centred hospital that provides a therapeutic environment for patients to recover from mental health difficulties.
