Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychiatric care to patients on our acute wards, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development of our mental health services, including the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Essential: Experience of working in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties.
- Desirable: Experience at Consultant level within the NHS, including the ability to conduct training.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Hold a CCST/CCT or equivalent in the relevant areas of psychiatry.
- Continue to hold a registration with the GMC, including being on the special register for Psychiatry.
