Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for patients
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Collaborate with other healthcare services to ensure seamless transitions and effective care pathways
- Conduct training and education sessions for junior staff and students
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- A competitive salary range between £150,000-£165,000 dependent on experience
- Full-time dedicated Speciality Doctor support and on-site RMO cover evenings and weekends

Lakeside View is a person-centred hospital that provides a therapeutic environment, promoting collaborative care planning to optimise treatment goals.
