About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Karrinya in East Perth. As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational, professional, and aged care standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to residents.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery.
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care.
  • Sound understanding of medication systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
