About the Role

Juniper Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Karrinya in East Perth. As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs and developing individualized care plans in consultation with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of residents to identify their care needs and develop appropriate plans of care.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Mentor and supervise care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery.
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care.
  • Sound understanding of medication systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
