Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are currently seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our warm and supportive team at Karrinya in East Perth. As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care plans.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of residents to identify their care needs and develop appropriate plans of care.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Mentor and supervise care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards.

• AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
• Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery.
• Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care.
• Sound understanding of medication systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• $65-$85 per hour dependent on experience.
