Experienced Catering Assistant

Join our Catering & Hospitality team here at Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course. We are a progressive golf club currently rated in the Top 100 Golf Courses in the UK. We pride ourselves on offering a fantastic customer experience.

No catering or hospitality experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However experience is an advantage.

Key Roles:

- Providing a high-quality customer service.
- Carrying out basic food hygiene and preparation tasks.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the operation of the business.
- Counting and handling cash accurately.
- Unloading deliveries / rotating stock.
- Setting up for service as per the catering managers instruction.
- To be able to use our BRS golf booking system to book golf, check in golfers etc.

You must be able to display the following:

- Ability to work quickly but efficiently.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well with mínimal supervision, using own initiative.
- Team Player.
- Highly reliable.

Working hours include weekends, occasional evening work during summer months. (Hours to be discussed in interview)
