Business Development Lead for Williams Trade Supplies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. You will be expected to work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
A typical day in this role will involve:
- Business Development: Conduct market research, analysis, and forecasting to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and identify areas for improvement.
