About the Role:
We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our amazing teams as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide companionship, support with personal care, and help with daily tasks to enable our service users to live independently. You'll work in a variety of settings, including homes and communities, and will be part of a dedicated team that's passionate about delivering high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing companionship and social support to service users
• Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Overseeing medication and providing medical support
• Assisting with daily tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
• Running errands, such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
