Key Responsibilities
  • To support the development of our Care Assistants to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care.

  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role.
  • NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours.
  • A genuine liking for older people and their needs.
