The Defence Medical Welfare Service is seeking a skilled Welfare Officer to join its team based at the Victoria Hospital in Fife. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to work confidently and proactively both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

This position requires providing welfare support to members of the Armed Forces Community, participating in training and professional development opportunities, and holding a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle. The successful candidate will also be eligible for our enhanced sick pay scheme upon completing probation.

Main Responsibilities

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
