About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic welfare support specialist to join our team at Victoria Hospital in Fife, working with the Armed Forces Community.

DMWS is an international charity providing medical welfare support for over 80 years. We support all members of the community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and their family members/carers.

The ideal candidate will work confidently and proactively to address non-clinical issues that can impact recovery and wellbeing, such as mental health concerns, substance abuse, social isolation, and financial worries.
