Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Climate Risk Analyst/Consultant to join our dynamic team at the Howden Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their physical (and transition) climate risk management needs. You will help our Climate Risk & Resilience (CRR) team differentiate itself by delivering exceptional service to retain existing accounts and secure new business.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in climate risk analytics and consulting, as well as a strong understanding of climate risk analysis and catastrophe modeling approaches. A degree or equivalent experience level qualification in sustainability, climate change, physical geography, engineering, or a related field is also essential.

A good grasp of general risk management approaches and the ability to embed climate change analysis into an organization's risk management framework are also highly desirable. Knowledge of key regulatory and reporting frameworks for assessing and disclosing climate-related risks and opportunities is also beneficial.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills and expertise. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$110,000 based on location and experience.
