As a Customer Experience Manager at Dolphin Shopping Centre, you will play a vital role in driving retail excellence and creating a high-performing team. With 5-15 employees reporting to you, your primary objective is to bring our core values to life through leadership, coaching, and inspiration. You will empower your team members to have great conversations with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced environments, can work towards targets and deadlines, and possesses strong coaching skills.

The responsibilities of this role include monitoring daily store activity and targets, managing individual performance through regular reviews and coaching sessions, and ensuring the store adheres to key compliance requirements. Deputising for the Store Manager when required is also an essential part of the job. A salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
