About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
  • Load the van as required and check the van for roadworthiness.
  • Talk to customers about any changes to their order.
  • Take care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
  • Deliver during the customer's time slot.
  • Call the customer before arriving at their property if early.
  • Call the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late.

Requirements
  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
