Payroll and Pensions Specialist

About the RoleAs a Payroll and Pensions Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll and pensions services to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines. You will input data for payrolls, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems. You will also manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems and administer the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate and timely payroll services to clients

- Administer end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance
- Provide expert payroll and pensions advice to clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous payroll administration experience, minimum of one year service within a busy service-driven environment
- End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions, benefits, and statutory payments
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer-focused approach and ability to handle customer queries
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation, processing, and auto enrolment regulations
- Ability to manually calculate a payroll
