Payroll and Pensions Specialist

About the RoleAs a Payroll and Pensions Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines. You will input data for payrolls, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems. You will also manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems and administer the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality payroll services to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Input data for payrolls, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems
- Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems
- Administer the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and industry changes, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and best practice
