We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a No7 Counter Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching and constructive feedback
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing personalized consultations and product recommendations
- Deliver sales targets by creating business plans, driving in-store promotions, and leveraging No7 offers
- Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development program
- Create a vibrant and supportive working environment by nurturing relationships with your store team, sharing knowledge, and celebrating team success
- Ensure your counter is beautifully presented, showcasing the range of No7 skincare and beauty products to our customers
- Be an ambassador for the No7 brand across your store
- A passion for makeup, skincare, and the No7 brand
- Experience leading and motivating a team, inspiring performance, and nurturing team development
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to welcome and treat customers with empathy and understanding
- The ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review individual and team performance
