Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers at the counter
  • Handling customer inquiries via telephone

  • Receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Collaborating with a close-knit team to ensure the branch operates smoothly and effectively

Qualifications Required: Proficiency in Maths and English at grades A – C or equivalent.

If successful, you will complete a Level 2 Trade Supplier apprenticeship program, facilitated through Realise's dedicated training provider.

  • Trade Supplier Level 2 apprenticeship standard
  • Functional Skills (Maths, English, and ICT) if necessary
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
