Senior Educational Leader - SENCO Opportunity

Reed is seeking an experienced SENCO or Assistant Headteacher to take on this critical role in our educational community. This position requires a skilled leader who can conduct Annual Reviews, lead intervention teams, and provide expert guidance to teachers and support staff.

About the Position:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational plans for students.
  • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless collaboration.

A competitive daily rate, ranging from £130-£255 per day, is offered to the successful candidate. This is a full-time position, commencing in January 2025, with opportunities to work in our schools in Smallfield (RH6) and Caterham (CR3).
