We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Specialist SENCO Leader to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Annual Reviews and leading intervention teams, offering a unique opportunity to impact our educational environment positively.

About the Role:
  • Conduct Annual Reviews to assess and plan for the educational needs of students.
  • Ideally, a driver to facilitate travel between sites.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Headteacher with SENCO experience and possess strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary Information:

A competitive daily rate based on experience, estimated to be £162 per day.

Location:

Caterham (CR3) and Smallfield (RH6).
