About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Support Specialist to support our CEO, while also managing aspects of our marketing and social media activities. This unique role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive matters with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage CEO-led meetings, ensuring agendas are set, minutes are taken, and follow-ups are completed.

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Manage our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Support the CEO in public relations efforts by drafting articles, or blog posts and coordinating media engagements.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with social media management and basic digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, especially when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media tools.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a tech or consulting environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively manage tasks with minimal direction.
