Strategic Operations Coordinator

Join WDH's dynamic and fast-paced commercial, operational, and contracts team as a Strategic Operations Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement organisational plans, complaints management, and performance management, ensuring these are accurately developed and implemented to meet the organisation's strategic and operational objectives.
You will also be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of WDH's Planned Team's Strategic Plans and all reports and reporting tools related to that and the wider remit of the Technical Services Planned Team.
- Experience of working with a computerised management system, including Microsoft and electronic procurement systems;
- Experience of working with and managing complex data sets;
- Ability to undertake any travel in connection with the post as required by the business.
As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and external partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
