**Job Description**

  • As a key member of the Checkout team, you will oversee the Safeguarding Reconciliation Team to ensure timely and accurate daily reconciliations.
  • You will monitor Global Safeguarding compliance daily and develop enhancements to calculation and reporting methodologies to meet regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalations, management information, and project updates to Senior Management and committees, including tracking remediation actions and project plans.
  • Develop and enhance safeguarding processes and controls with treasury teams to ensure compliance with policies and support audit requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, regulatory, or risk-related fields.
  • Strong understanding of customer asset protection/custodianship (e.g., Safeguarding or CASS).
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Formulas, PQ, or VBA).

Salary:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
